Yeah, you read that right. We don’t do FREE SHIPPING!
It seems counterintuitive, but there’s a reason for our decision: We want the absolute best product pricing for you. And the truth is that “FREE” shipping isn’t really free.
Free shipping inflates the product price to cover most postcodes’ delivery costs – which means that you’re paying for everyone else’s shipping on top of your own.
When a company boasts about offering free shipping, what they’re actually saying is that the cost of your product has been inflated to cover a majority of shipping postcodes.
We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we charge you only for freight to your own postcode location from the list of courier company we use. It might sound too good to be true – but just wait until you see our shipping prices based on your delivery postcode address!

Standard Shipping
Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia are all based on the final shipping address.
Shipping Charges are calculated by shipping box size, weight and final postcode address as determined by our 3rd party logistics carriers.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES:
The delivery time will vary, however since all shipping is handles through 3rd party logistics carriers they have indicated these times below as a reference.
- 2 – 3 business days (VIC and NSW)
- 3 – 7 business days (TAS and SA)
- 3 – 10 business days (WA and NT)
COURIERS WE USE:
NeoYou predominately uses Aramex, Australia Post, Courier Please, Sendle, plus others for all deliveries within Australia.
Please note: If there is no one available to receive the parcel on the first try Sendle will leave a card to organise a redelivery or they’ll take it somewhere nearby (such as a newsagency) for the receiver to collect at their convenience.
Delivery Times
The shipping rates for product delivery varies from mailing box size and weight of the quantity of items in your order.
NeoYou uses third party logistics carrier parcel service for delivery, and for any larger items outside these logistics carrier guidelines, You will be contacted by NeoYou customer care team to discuss other delivery arrangements due to the size of your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (Excluding public holidays).

Please note: Standard delivery includes delivery to the ground floor door of your building. Due to policies, the delivery driver is unable to enter your home and the product is not able to be taken upstairs without assistance.
If you need help getting the item upstairs or into your home etc. you will need to arrange this with our customer service team and additional fees will apply.
Customer Guarantee & Returns
It is very important to us that you love your purchase. If it’s an actual manufacture default or if the product is faulty, simply return the product to our online team, along with a proof of purchase, for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Our returns policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Returning an Item
For free post returns, contact our online team on +61 0433 912 291 to log your return and receive our Reply Paid account number. Then, simply post the item by return mail with your invoice or receipt to our online store team at:

Upon receipt of your return, NeoYou will process a credit note, refund or exchange, depending on what you require. Returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.
